Generous PTO plans including vacation, sick, and holiday pay for qualifying employees POSITION DETAILS * Ensure the execution of all placement activities for the designated caseload of 12 TFC children or 15 FCP children.
Responsible for monitoring all activities of the caseload to include intake, service planning, health planning, education and vocational planning.
Valid driver's license and own a reliable means of transportation is required.
This position requires frequent travel throughout Monroe, Carbon, and Pike Counties
Responsible for coordinating the full range of services to foster children in an effort to meet their physical, emotional and educational needs until the placement goal is achieved.
Responsible for providing the foster families the support and guidance needed to fulfill their responsibilities to the children in their care.
Responsible of coordination of all required services for the children in care in accordance to contractual agreements and regulations.

IND2018 * Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other Human Services field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience directly working with children and families in foster care or related area.
Requires flexible schedule to include early evenings and on-call duties, strong writing and communication skills, knowledge of childhood trauma and family dynamics, reliable vehicle, valid driver's license.
