Sage Eldercare Solutions invites you to lead our Hummingbird Project team. Our program is uniquely dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults through creative, customized engagement tailored to the seven domains of wellness. Our interdisciplinary team thrives on creativity, compassion, and excellence, and we are looking for a dynamic leader to drive our Hummingbird Project forward. What We Want: We seek a Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direct engagement in activities that enrich the lives of our clients.

This role is perfect for individuals with a solid therapeutic arts or recreation background and a profound commitment to eldercare. What You’ll Do: Lead and supervise a team of Activity Specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with our goals.

Develop, implement, and update creative and effective Quality of Life Plans for clients. Provide direct, billable services to clients, including in-home assessments and activity planning. Foster and maintain relationships with community members and professionals to enhance service delivery and client engagement.

Ensure compliance with all training and professional standards for your team. Actively participate in professional forums and community outreach to promote the Hummingbird Project. Who You Are:

A licensed mental health professional or someone with comparable training and experience in therapeutic arts. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred. At least five (5) years of experience working with older adults, with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role.

Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team. Strong organizational and communication skills, proficient in both in-person and digital interactions. Creative and innovative, with a knack for problem-solving and adapting to the needs of clients and staff.
