Role and responsibilities:
You will:
Support management and head office in the performance analysis and forecast of your own films (e.g., Weekend Box Office Report, Pre-Opening Report, etc.).
Act as the interface for the international offices in Los Angeles and London.
Prepare competition and market analyses as a basis for decision-making for senior management.
Carry out analyses and regular reports for potential and existing sales partners.
Evaluate the local potential of international screenplays.
Summarize reports such as the Weekend Box Office Report, Pre- and Post-Opening Reports per Title, and the Business Projection Report.
Cooperate with external providers regarding the availability of market data (e.g., Comscore, Showtimes, Numero).
Develop, optimize, and maintain various reports and analyses.
Maintain box office data daily in MACCS and MIDAS.
Support the sales team in all aspects of trailering.
Create Purchase Orders in the SAP System.
Report theatrical results to official bodies such as the FFA.
Maintain the master data of the booking system.
