Role and responsibilities:

You will:

• Support management and head office in the performance analysis and forecast of your own films (e.g., Weekend Box Office Report, Pre-Opening Report, etc.).

• Act as the interface for the international offices in Los Angeles and London.

• Prepare competition and market analyses as a basis for decision-making for senior management.

• Carry out analyses and regular reports for potential and existing sales partners.

• Evaluate the local potential of international screenplays.

• Summarize reports such as the Weekend Box Office Report, Pre- and Post-Opening Reports per Title, and the Business Projection Report.

• Cooperate with external providers regarding the availability of market data (e.g., Comscore, Showtimes, Numero).

• Develop, optimize, and maintain various reports and analyses.

• Maintain box office data daily in MACCS and MIDAS.

• Support the sales team in all aspects of trailering.

• Create Purchase Orders in the SAP System.

• Report theatrical results to official bodies such as the FFA.

• Maintain the master data of the booking system.

DESIRABLE

You have:

• Previous sales experience.

• Previous experience working in the film industry.

• Knowledge of EXCEL, OUTLOOK, SAP, and MACCS (if possible).
