Thai Speaking Manufacturing and Product Quality Engineer

Seeking a Quality Engineer in Elgin. IL. that speaks fluent English and Thai for a direct hire opportunity. Must be willing to relocated to Thailand after training for 1-2 years in the United States. Will consider a new college graduate.
Salary: $65,000-$80,000
Job description
Located in Elgin, IL, seeking an engineer to fill a full time position related to product and manufacturing engineering. This individual would work closely with our manufacturing locations many located in Thailand regarding the manufacturing of our rubber products. Product quality, material quality and selection, and resolving issues related to the molding and extruding of products would be some of the various responsibilities under this position. Experience with extrusion, injection molding, and/or compression molding is a plus. As our production sites are located are in Thailand, strong Thai language skills are requisite.
Qualifications
Some skills that would be beneficial for this position are:
1) Manufacturing experience, particularly in molding and extruding technologies, as well as metal processing
2) Strong communication skills; the position will require daily communication via email and phone with engineering groups in the USA and Thailand
3) Fluent Thai language skills
4) Willingness to travel; manufacturing site visits will occur on a regular basis.
5) Relocation to Thailand after 1-2 years of training in the USA.
