Key Responsibilities

The TFCMC Implementation Project Management team is responsible for the project management of the build and installation of Trade and Supply Chain Financing products for our corporate clients on a global level.

You will be required to manage multiple dynamic client-facing projects with duties that include:

  • Management of large project teams comprised of various internal and external bank, technical, legal, and client groups globally

  • Development and maintenance of detailed project plans

  • Detailed tracking and reporting employing Project Management tools and discipline

  • Maintain end to end responsibility for project resolution

  • Functional & technical understanding of numerous back-end systems

Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

You will have:

  • Project Management experience. Ability to delegate to and effectively matrix manage task owners and resources

  • Analytical problem solving skills

  • Must be well organized and able to manage competing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong influencing & negotiation skills

  • Experience managing complex, large project

  • Extensive experience working closely with clients

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

  • Self-Starter

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

You will have:

  • Knowledge of Trade Finance product suite

  • General working knowledge of broadly used business and banking technology

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Previous project management experience in cash management for corporate or institutional clients

  • Demonstrated track record of successful client delivery relationships

Group Treasury Under the leadership of the Group Treasurer, Group Treasury is responsible for managing the finite financial resources of the firm through capital management, liquidity management, asset and liability management, funding, and other core treasury activities.
