Testing Center Coordinator (#215)

Limestone University invites applications for a full-time position of Testing Center Coordinator.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the Testing Center Coordinator position is to ensure smooth operations and planning for the Testing Center in regard to staffing, instructor responsiveness, academic integrity and exam security.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:

• Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a commitment to customer service experience including friendly customer care.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• High attention to detail and task completion

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:

• Experience handling confidential matters.

• Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred. Calendar management and knowledge of database management is preferred. Related work experience is preferred.

• Ability to prioritize work amidst multiple demands and meet deadlines.

• Experience overseeing work schedules.
