Duration: 12 Months
Create test plans and load them into the Application Lifecycle Management system (ALM) per the testing schedule.
Perform test execution, identifying and reporting all defects discovered.
Test and retest defect resolutions, documenting test results on the same day as executed and loading them into ALM.
Assist with requirements clarification as needed.
Report new issues and/or risks when identified to the Project Test Manager.
Support the extended testing team with defect, environment, and data needs.
Attend and contribute to triage calls.
Participate in meetings on testing entry/exit criteria.
Skills and Experience
Five or more years (5+) of testing financial and/or loan management systems, particularly with financial operations and accounting.
Highly disciplined with making date/schedule commitments.
Able to excel in fast paced environment with shifting deadline and priorities.
Demonstrate leadership skills through ability to identify potential issues and come up with solutions.
Excellent communication skills; experienced in communicating to managers and project owners; excellent command of English language.
Experience with Excel, HPALM (HPQC), and scripting languages.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems/Technology or other related field.
Up to 25% between client sites in Plano, TX, Chicago, IL, and Carson City, NV. (This is over and above any necessary travel to meet the base location requirement above.)
HDFS Regulatory Training: Completion of online training within two weeks of start date.
Individual is expected to be focused on clients project work while on assignment with. Failure to abide by this requirement may result in early release from the assignment.
Absences: Any vacation and out-of-office requests must be approved in advance in writing by the Resource Manager.
