Position Summary and Responsibilities

Summary:
Responsible for performing routine go/no-go tests of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with direction from supervisors and leads.

  • Use established test procedures and work instructions to perform circuit card and component testing.

  • Maintain logs and records denoting first pass yields and test defect data.

  • Use simple to intermediate level software tools.

  • Ability to use various measurement instruments

  • Identify simply process build errors

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must be able to work under pressure and multitask.

Provide verbal and written information which is clear and concise.

Must be able to convey issues and offer recommendations for improvement or problem resolution.

Must be able to work OT.

Educations and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Production test experience in a factory environment or equivalent experience.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance if necessary.

Position Summary and Responsibilities This position performs soldering and manual assembly operations in the manufacturing area. * Operator should be able to read blue prints, follow work instructions, and be able to produce quality products. * Must be able to read and interpret work instructions. * Must be able to sit or stand up to 8 hours a day without issues. * Ability to use a microscope. * Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. * Must be able to pass an acceptable vision test. * Must have working knowledge of prep equipment, torque tools, etc. * Ability to work overtime as needed. Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Any person performing soldering operations will need to attend and pass certification training for J-STD-001 and IPC-610.
