The Boeing Company is looking for a Test Program Integration Engineer to join our Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team in Seattle, WA or Everett, WA, supporting active Boeing development programs across Commercial and Military platforms (777X, KC-46, E-7, Product Development, Twin-Aisle sustaining programs, etc.). You will integrate lab and aircraft flight test statement of work with program leaders and across the BT&E organization to develop test and evaluation strategies, coordinate proposal and execution plans and monitor and report performance. You will lead projects within a cross-functional team environment, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and utilize your Engineering expertise to support current business processes.

Occasional travel 10% of the time may be required to support program objectives.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, Experienced and Senior level Test Program Integration Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Directly supports Test Program Management in architecting and efficiently executing successful test programs

• Coordinates the test schedule baseline, strategy and relationships of key program milestones

• Defines test organization support, teaming relationships and major resources (including long lead)

• Utilizes project management skill & tools to align project milestones, dependencies and requirements

• Leads development of test proposals and detailed T&E plans in support of the Enterprise Standard Gated Practice (EPSG)

• Participates in trade studies and change management process to ensure the organization, work statement, schedule, costs, and RIO are kept in sync

• Works with Earned Value Management (EVM), Cost Account Manager (CAM), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Configuration Management (CM) / Data Management, Risk Issues Opportunities (RIO), Charge Line Authorization and Setup (CLAS)

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

• 2+ years of experience in test procedure development, test execution, and test reporting

• 2+ years of experience collaborating and working across teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 3+ years of experience working in a developmental lab and/or flight test environment

• 3+ years Project management experience

• 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Experience working directly with military customers on programs

• Experience with large, transport category aircraft test programs

• PMP, MBA, or Private Pilot License

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (level 2)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master).

In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Experienced (level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience).

In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Senior (level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience).

In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range for associate level: $85,850-$116,150

Summary pay range for experienced level: $102,000-$138,000

Summary pay range for senior level: $121,550-$164,450
