Qualifications:

The role of Director of Business Development (DBD) for Aramark Healthcare will support large accounts nationwide. The focus of the DBD role within Healthcare is to drive business growth through sales at new accounts for Healthcare. The DBD will be tasked with the responsibility of driving sales, building the pipeline for potential new business, driving profit objectives, participating in site surveys and working closely with the Vice President of Sales to develop the overall sales strategies for the geographic territory. This individual will partner closely with regional executive leaders and directors in creating and implementing the sales processes and aligning with regional operational goals.

Successful sales leaders in this role will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive sales process leadership from contact through strategy, proposal, presentation & successful conclusion for expansion of business opportunities within an existing client base

  • Develop & maintain relationships at the 'C Suite' while understanding and communicating customers' corporate culture within Aramark

  • Exercise creativity and independent judgment in developing and evaluating sales and marketing strategies in selling broad portfolio of services within defined market

  • Develop and lead strategy process with regard to: Competitive Environment, Account Sales Strategy and Territory Development Strategy

  • Identify needs and develop customer specific solutions for those needs

  • Leverage resources from across Aramark in order to design & deliver customer desired outcomes

  • Influence and develop team members without formal authority

  • Develop relationships with intermediaries to build pipeline of opportunities and awareness of capabilities.

  • Represent Aramark Healthcare in the marketplace at through various industry organizations and events

  • Build relationships personally with customers

  • Provide appropriate market & competitive information

VIEW JOBS 12/6/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-06T00:00 The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) is seeking a Program Manager for its Philadelphia Regional Office. The Program Manager oversees and directs program strategy and design for NFTE's experiential curriculum and quality youth in-school and summer entrepreneurship programs. Reporting to the Regional Sr. Manager, this position is responsible for creating and overseeing the implementation of the NFTE program and curriculum across the Philadelphia area. The Program Manager needs to be teacher-centric in developing innovative ways to support teachers and their classroom needs and the NFTE curriculum. The Program Manager will be instrumental in maintaining and developing relationships with district leaders, school administrators, teachers, and local colleges and universities as well as attracting and developing relationships with new schools, networks of schools, and potential partners. This position is for a candidate who will work from a strong foundation in order to use already proven methods and create and design new strategies to best implement and deliver NFTE programs and programming. The position requires rich creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strategic thinking. Role and Responsibilities: Operational * Responsible for providing the overall operational support to all programmatic activities. * Collaborate and coordinate the efforts of the Teacher Corps Leaders in implementing instructional support model services. * Allocate available resources to the various Action Plan strategies and activities implemented out of her/his Regional office. * In coordination with the Teacher Corp Leaders, assess needs of NFTE teachers, provide professional development, and instructional monitoring support. * On a quarterly basis, review NFTE assessment data and evaluate teacher reports * Share findings with Teacher Corps Leaders. * Maintain a set of office files and communications to stakeholders (newsletter etc.). * Evaluate office staff and/or interns. * Other duties as assigned. Programmatic * Establish a routine schedule of school visits to monitor program instruction, classroom size, and attendance, and to undertake teacher observations, lesson plan design, and implementation. * Support school initiated activities such as open houses, academic competitions, parent night, etc. when possible. * Participate in the general teacher screening & selection of teachers. * Participate in identification of candidates for Teacher Corps Leader selection, interviewing processes and final selections. * Oversee and monitor the use of program resources throughout the region. * Oversee and coordinate Teacher Training. * Identify training needs of teachers. * Participate in the design and organization of quarterly PLCs. * Gain understanding of partner schools' culture. * Capture program outcomes. * Other duties as assigned. School Engagement * Participate in school engagement conversations and onboarding as directed by the Regional Sr. Manager. * Staff may share Alumni, Volunteer and Event responsibilities under the direction of the Regional Sr. Manager. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in business, nonprofit management, entrepreneurship, education or policy is preferred * People management experience is required. * Strategic planning and implementation or project management experience. * Must be able to work independently and collaboratively, display strong leadership, and be able to manage multiple projects. * Strong organizational skills and detail orientation required. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Familiarity with business concepts. * Customer service and customer satisfaction orientation. * Capacity to deal with ambiguity. * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. The Program Manager may be frequently at school sites and regularly visiting with multiple teachers each week. Mileage reimbursement provided. Preferred Qualifications & Expectations * Experience working in schools in Philadelphia and/or familiarity with the school districts of the Philadelphia area is strongly preferred. * Minimum five to ten years' experience teaching middle school or high school, working closely to develop teachers and/or principals or developing and implementing system-wide reform strategies is strongly preferred. * Familiarity with CRM databases.
