Test Manufacturing Technician
ON Semiconductor is a leading CMOS imaging company with demonstrated market and technology leadership. ON Semiconductor's Image Sensor Group is looking for a Test Manufacturing Technician who will be responsible for engineering support and product runs.
The Test Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for ensuring product is run in a timely manner for engineering support. This function includes product changeovers, and support of Equipment Interfaces that are used in the course of Manufacturing. Responsibilities will include collaborative work with Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to meet internal customer support requirements. This position will require shift work.
Collaborate with Engineering and Technical teams to support product runs
Support product changeovers to support Engineering requirements
Develop and maintain documentation associated with equipment changeovers
Work with Engineering, Technical, and Production teams to ensure cross-functional support
Follow and improve processes to deliver timely results
Identify and deliver process, cost, capability, or technical performance improvements
Develop and deliver training for internal teams as appropriate
AA, AS or equivalent industry related experience in Manufacturing support
Experience with use of Test Handlers is a plus
Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Effective at presenting and conveying information at appropriate level for audience
Preferred experience in high volume manufacturing environment
