Test Lab Manager

This position is a test lab manager at MACOM's Lowell, Massachusetts site. The individual will be responsible for managing the workload of the lab, directing and executing test activities, mentoring junior test engineers and technicians, planning and executing capital purchases, managing equipment calibration and repair, and maintaining test lab hardware and software.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years experience working in an RF/Microwave test lab

• Prior experience as a team lead or supervisor

• Extensive knowledge of common RF/Microwave device characterization measurements such as S-parameters, Load Pull, pulsed I-V, and DC measurements

• Experience with on-wafer RF device measurements

• Experience with test lab software development and deployment

• Detail oriented and focused on delivering high-quality, accurate measurements

• Software development experience in Python is desirable
