Senior Manager, Test Engineering

Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Sr. Manager, Test Engineering for our Golden Valley, MN or Broomfield, CO location. This role reports directly to the Environment and Infrastructure General Manager. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of test engineers to ensure the successful execution of test plans and procedures. You will develop and implement test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications will be a key aspect of your role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build a team of engineers for the development of test procedures, documentation, data handling and storage

  • Create and maintain organizational capabilities in metrology, calibration, test quality, MSAs

  • Facilitate new equipment justification, purchase, commissioning as part of regular capital cycles

  • Documentation and Capability Assessments of existing equipment

Pay Range for Roles in Specific Location:

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is 157000-196000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Compensation Package Language:

For Salaried w/Incentive Plan (MIP, SIP, etc): This position is incentive plan eligible.

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics

  • 8+ years of experience in Engineering

  • 5+ years' experience leading technical teams

  • Strong knowledge in test methodologies, tools, and laboratory operations

  • S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance

  • Be able to travel up to 20%
