About this Position
The team you'll join is part of a unique organization supporting a 1000-person, billion-dollar company. As a Test Engineer / Senior Test Engineer, you will report to the Senior Manager of Engineering and contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions that help our partners achieve their objectives.

What you'll do:
Develop automated test scripts for features, defects, integrations, and regression tests
Address unique challenges
Influence a culture of collaboration focused on continuous improvement and increased team performance
Develop test plans, test cases and scenarios
Determine whether technologies are performing according to specifications
Learn functional and non-functional requirements to validate acceptance criteria
Collaborate with scrum teams in an Agile environment
Identify, analyze, and document defects and impacts
Assist with user acceptance activities
Work with several technologies from front-end UI to back-end services
Be an advocate for quality products and services
Required qualifications:
At least two years of related work experience for the Test Engineer level; at least four years of related work experience for the Senior Test Engineer level or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the skills necessary to perform the essential functions of the job
Bachelor's degree in a related field or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the skills necessary to perform the essential functions of the job
Bonus points for:
Knowledge of and/or experience with Insurance, Finance, or Healthcare
Strong problem solving skills
Experience with TestCafe with JavaScript
Experience in object-oriented programming languages and scripting languages (preferably JavaScript)
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
Knowledge of front-end test automation (e.g., Selenium, TestCafe, Cypress)
Knowledge of JIRA, and Azure DevOps
Knowledge of BDD and DevOps practices
Knowledge of API testing RESTful services in JSON and XML
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across business and IT teams
Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a group setting while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
