We are looking for a talented Test Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Designs and implements test processes. Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies of components or products in a manufacturing environment.
Develops, maintains, and upgrades test equipment's and architectures for application products.
Analyzes test results to provide recommendation and guidance in root cause of test failure events.
Understands end product specific functional test during assembly.
Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies.
Requires cross functional knowledge of product engineering, quality, manufacturing engineering, safety and facilities.
Coaches and mentors less experienced employees.
Ensures all test procedures comply with safety standards.
Ensures all test procedures comply with manufacturing standards.
Qualifications
Skills
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
Responsibility for equipment and process of generator set production test for the Fridley factory. Includes direction and management of technicians day to day tasks. Understanding of Cyflex strongly desired. Position will manage medium scope projects to improve safety and capacity of site production test cells.
Compensation and Benefits (FOR CO)
Salary range is $96,000-$144,000. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
