Test Engineer L2

Job Summary:

Our client in Raymond, OH is looking for a Test Engineer L2. This is a direct hire/contract position.

What You Will Do:

Laboratory environment: Daily work will include performance of vehicle multi-system and communications testing, data analysis and reporting of results, troubleshooting complex simulation systems and software, and work on longer term project-specific or HILS improvement projects.

Basics:

• BS Degree in ME/EE, minimum of 1+ years of industry experience in Hardware in the Loop Simulation (HILS).

• Experience with Matlab, Simulink, and industry standard HILS simulation hardware and software is required to support HILS bench construction, operation, testing, data collection, and results analysis.

• Experience with Matlab, Vector, and Python scripting is expected.

• The successful candidate must be able to apply standard electrical and mechanical troubleshooting principles and should have a working understanding of automotive systems and communications.

• Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills are required.

• The candidate must be comfortable working well in a team environment.
