As a Test Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective test engineering practices. You will work with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, develop test solutions, and execute test plans for electro-mechanical components and systems. Your expertise in test methodologies and tools will be instrumental in analyzing test results and providing quality test data to our customers.

You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams by ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective test engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement test solutions
• Lead small test projects or work with test lead engineer on larger test projects to coordinate with team and outside suppliers to execute test program within budget and schedule.
• Analyze test results and deliver accurate data to your customer

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

The annual base salary range for this position is $93,800 -$117,300 Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in test engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools
