Job Title: Test Engineer

Job Description

Drive the development of standardized test procedures to ensure site-to-site repeatability of test results and reporting formats for the Global Test team. Develop and execute program test plans with limited oversight, interpreting and effectively communicating test results. Generate detailed test procedures and reports, identify test system capability/efficiency opportunities, and propose options for advancement. Work directly with local test technicians to witness tests in the lab and coordinate testing at external labs as needed.

Hard Skills

• BS degree in relevant field

• 2-4+ years experience in writing tests for endurance and performance

• 2-4+ years experience in writing test plans

• Experience in front end product testing environment

• Proficient in running tests and data analysis

Soft Skills

• Effective communication

• Project management

• Ability to work autonomously

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Work Environment

Work alongside design engineering in the test engineering department. The position offers flexible working hours and requires working in component or sub assembly level testing.
