Responsible and ability to take ownership for developing innovative ATE/bench hardware and software, characterization by ATE/bench evaluation, ATE to bench correlation, operating ATE test solution for probe and package, evaluation of production products in both probe and packaged form, defining production test limits and datasheet specifications, and document and release test methodologies
Utilize precision Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and apply functional and parametric test measurement techniques and tools required to establish different RF, analog, power, and/or digital performance metrics
Navigate design databases for products to develop test solutions as well as make recommendations on testability, manufacturability, qualification readiness, and field quality
Post release sustaining activities (set up automated yield monitors, disposition of early production hold lots, drive the resolution of customer and production yield issues, drive cost improvements)
Must be able to format, analyze, and reach valid conclusions from data and be able to present process/product improvement recommendations to the product team as required. Document and present findings, for development, sustaining, and customer product support as required
Direct interaction with marketing and applications engineers to resolve product issues or to provide performance data
Work closely with design engineering, applications, reliability, and manufacturing organizations and their associated technologies
BS or MS degree in EE or ECE or equivalent relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to solve complex problems through design of appropriate experiments and analysis of complex data
Strong organizational, analytical skills, time management, and multi-tasking skills toward capture of aggressive schedule demands
Strong team worker within multi-discipline and multi-cultural environments
Capable of clear, accurate and timely communication both written and verbal
Circuits knowledge that includes one or more of the following: analog circuits, RF circuits, Power Management circuits, signals and systems, ADCs, DACs, high speed serial interfaces, microcontrollers, DSPs
Experience with performing circuit evaluation and characterization using bench and/or production test equipment including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators
Working knowledge of LabVIEW, Python, Visual BASIC, HTML, and/or C/C++
Knowledge of Bipolar and CMOS process technology
Knowledge of statistics and statistical process control
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
