Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and ability to take ownership for developing innovative ATE/bench hardware and software, characterization by ATE/bench evaluation, ATE to bench correlation, operating ATE test solution for probe and package, evaluation of production products in both probe and packaged form, defining production test limits and datasheet specifications, and document and release test methodologies

  • Utilize precision Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and apply functional and parametric test measurement techniques and tools required to establish different RF, analog, power, and/or digital performance metrics

  • Navigate design databases for products to develop test solutions as well as make recommendations on testability, manufacturability, qualification readiness, and field quality

  • Post release sustaining activities (set up automated yield monitors, disposition of early production hold lots, drive the resolution of customer and production yield issues, drive cost improvements)

  • Must be able to format, analyze, and reach valid conclusions from data and be able to present process/product improvement recommendations to the product team as required. Document and present findings, for development, sustaining, and customer product support as required

  • Direct interaction with marketing and applications engineers to resolve product issues or to provide performance data

  • Work closely with design engineering, applications, reliability, and manufacturing organizations and their associated technologies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree in EE or ECE or equivalent relevant experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to solve complex problems through design of appropriate experiments and analysis of complex data

  • Strong organizational, analytical skills, time management, and multi-tasking skills toward capture of aggressive schedule demands

  • Strong team worker within multi-discipline and multi-cultural environments

  • Capable of clear, accurate and timely communication both written and verbal

  • Circuits knowledge that includes one or more of the following: analog circuits, RF circuits, Power Management circuits, signals and systems, ADCs, DACs, high speed serial interfaces, microcontrollers, DSPs

  • Experience with performing circuit evaluation and characterization using bench and/or production test equipment including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators

  • Working knowledge of LabVIEW, Python, Visual BASIC, HTML, and/or C/C++

  • Knowledge of Bipolar and CMOS process technology

  • Knowledge of statistics and statistical process control

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications

VIEW JOBS 4/16/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-15T00:00 Job Location: United States : North Carolina : Cary     Role Value Proposition:  MetLife’s Software Developer of Enterprise Human Resources Information Technology Systems is responsible for the implementation of HR transformation projects at MetLife with the goal of attracting, developing and retaining top talent across the organization.    Specifically this position will be part of the HCM Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence team, a fast pace IT group, leveraging HCM Oracle Cloud platform to support employee hire to retire lifecycle and interfaces to over 200 internal and external policy administration systems.  This role will help shape the direction of future global HCM platforms, solutions and technologies.      Key Responsibilities:   * Responsible for all the facets of the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation activities, including initial research, design, setup, development, testing and implementation of Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Payroll, Benefits and Talent. * Create, design and maintain solution architecture documents for system enhancements and regulatory changes. * Analyze and document customer’s HCM requirements into user stories. * Collaborate with other leads, managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of the projects. * Serve as a subject-matter expert to leverage HCM solutions across modules. * Work within a fast-paced team focused on delivering high quality solutions in an agile development environment. * Responsible to Support Day-to-day business enhancements and drive resolution of issues during development and post production support.   Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:   Required: * Strong business knowledge of Global HR Processes, Payroll, Benefits and Talent Management. * 3-5 years full project lifecycle experience with HCM Oracle cloud development as a functional or technical role. * Experience with other SaaS HR Solutions implementation. * Ability to manage systems testing including unit, QA, end to end and user acceptance testing. * Proven experience collaborating with peers to establish best practices to achieve high service levels. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required. * Experience with MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and related project delivery utilities.    Preferred: * Working knowledge of Oracle HCM cloud technical tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, BI, OTBI, PBL, Security, and Scheduler Integration. * Software development experience in object oriented programming languages like Java or .net, Informatica, SOAP or REST APIs. * Knowledge of TFS and Agile development delivery. * Familiar with technology landscape supporting web and mobile delivery and integration solutions * Experience managing vendors to SLA’s. * Experience in the management of IT Risk, Audit and Compliance activities related to the implementation and maintenance of HR Systems.            At MetLife, we’re leading the global transformation of an industry we’ve long defined.
