This home office based outside sales position will generate sales by calling on an established network of distributors as well as prospect for new business by calling on end-users (e.g. hospitals, universities, restaurants) in an assigned territory which includes Chicagoland (West/Northwest Suburbs). Aside from making daily sales calls, you will be required to complete paperwork as needed and attend occasional tradeshows, meetings, and other events. To ensure your success, we provide an excellent foundation that includes extensive product and sales training, a company provided laptop computer, and other sales tools. In addition, Dart offers many exciting advancement opportunities.

Sales Representatives receive a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, which includes a competitive base salary, annual bonus opportunity, company vehicle, company paid business related expenses, cell phone reimbursement, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and a generous retirement savings profit sharing program.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree

  • A home office work area

  • A minimum of 18 months of recent outside business to business sales experience

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Should reside in Chicagoland (West/Northwest Suburbs)
