Achieve daily/weekly/monthly expectations by implementing creative sales strategies, performing needs analysis and presenting the overall Global Equipment offering
Work within existing Account managed structure of Global Industrial to :
Strategize and engage both managed accounts and new opportunities
Establish best practices for purposes of appointment setting, contact identification and competitive environment
Collaborate and communicate effectively with inside sales group as to the impact and contents of on-site engagements and prioritize next steps
Evaluate and utilize sales reporting to prioritize engagements and establish a time and territory plan
In-Person customer engagement 80% of the week
Face-to-face selling to drive large more complex sales to Inside Outbound Managed Accounts
Summarize, track and report key takeaways and opportunities from each week's appointments
Work in concert with admin professional who will work internally and externally to help establish daily/weekly engagements.
60% of selling time engaging with assigned accounts, 40% of selling time prospecting new accounts in the assigned territory
Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years of outside business to business sales experience.
Valid driver's license required.
Knowledge and competence in the major elements of sales including cold calling, business development, customer qualification, and customer acquisition.
Superior planning and business development skills.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and CRM Software.
Self-motivated with superior problem solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills are essential.
