This is an opportunity to join the Controlled Environment Certification Services group as a Regional Sales Account Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a territory of approximately 5M in annual revenue.
We are seeking an enthusiastic sales professional who is ready to create and innovate in support of our Teams overall goals. This role is home based and will include a generous base salary plus incentive compensation as well as an auto allowance.

What you will do!
Work within your region to grow your current pharmaceutical/life science Customers revenue through additional services/products as well as meeting new prospects to educate them on our entire service/product line. You will be responsible to provide quotes for all new business and work with other STERIS Sales Associates in your region to network for new opportunities and cross-selling.
You are responsible for the existing sales plan within the region as well as growth. The region will include Southern PA through the NC area.
What you need to be successful!
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, regional sales management. Experience selling in the pharmaceutical market is preferred. Must be self motivated and able to work independently.
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Comfortable working in a complex global organization where you've had successful interactions and built relationships across functions, regions and business units. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills helped you influence, consult, and create compelling business cases at all levels of the organization.
