We are looking to develop Territory Managers who will lead from the front to transition to Agency Owner.

We are in search of elite candidates to take advantage of the great opportunity in the Moline and surrounding area's. We have career openings in both our B2B Sales division as well as our direct to consumer sales division.

While we operate in the insurance sales industry, we are anything but the typical insurance organization. Our culture is to lead by example, so we are looking for Sales and Leadership Candidates who arent afraid to walk the talk. Our training process takes new sales people by the hand and SHOWS them how to be successful. Equity position and stock plan available for the right candidate.

Established in 2004, our team has averaged 31% growth year over year for the last 10 years, building a nationally recognized sales organization in the process. Our team has grown from the 3 founders to over 70 agents operating in 12 states. This consistent growth has led to a unique expansion opportunity here for a local team as well as an increased need for leadership within the organization.

We are willing to train the right person in all aspects of our business. However, those with actual leadership experience (personal or professional) are preferred.

Our Territory Managers are an integral part of our companys core business and growth strategies. Rexco sales personnel are the main point of contact with our customers ranging from small business to governmental agencies. They are responsible for assisting customers in finding the right products and solutions for their job site and to build loyalty through exceptional customer service. Job duties include: * Build new customer relationships and maintain established relationships. * Create quotes, terms, and delivery dates. * Prepare sales contracts. * Obtain credit information and insurance requirements. * Provide ongoing customer service. Qualifications include: * Ability and desire to establish long-term relationships with customers. * A sense and ability to get to the decision maker. * Ability to uncover opportunities. * Understanding customer needs and creative ability to build the right quote for the customer. * Comfortable making cold calls. * Proven closing skills. * Great Communication skills.
