What would you be doing? In the challenging role of Sales Representative, you will be working with our existing and new customers to increase sales across the US as part of our growing team in the Americas. Kongsberg PCS/ Multicam will support you every step of the way by offering a comprehensive training program and the support of experienced sales colleagues.

All you need to have a passion for sales and customer satisfaction - we will teach you about our products and markets. Once you're up and running, your daily responsibilities will include: Finding new prospects and winning business by understanding customer needs and building relationships to develop powerful propositions that meet their needs.

Manage existing accounts in Kongsberg PCS' main markets, including corrugated packaging, signage and display, flexible packaging converters, flexo trade shops, and any other markets where our solutions could bring value to the customer. Sell the full Kongsberg PCS portfolio, including systems and service plans, with a focus on value selling to customers and prospects. Be disciplined in using SalesForce and the various CRM & IT application tools available in our organization to better manage your sales process and share information.

Become the trusted business partner to our customers and create add-on sales opportunities. We want our customers to love you almost as much as they love our products Keep abreast of developments and business opportunities in the markets you cover and be focused on following up on opportunities by applying appropriate sales, negotiation, and closing techniques. Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer needs and competitors' pricing and position in the respective segments to enable appropriate marketing plans to be developed for driving growth.
