Job Description:

This Territory Sales Manager is responsible for American Modern's presence across the state of Georgia and Alabama. You'll focus primarily on retail and wholesale relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Profitable new business growth and retention within existing partnerships, territory growth via new client opportunities, and motivating partners to utilize our products and systems

  • Closely collaborate with internal partners and external sales managers to implement sales strategies, plans and tactics

  • Territory Sales Manager will also be required, on occasion, to assist with the development efforts outside of his/her assigned territory. The position will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales

This remote opportunity in Georgia offers the flexibility for the sales manager to live the city of his/her preference in the state of Georgia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, required

  • 2-5 years of client management, sales or related experience, required

  • 2-5 years of P&C experience, field experience, preferred

  • Knowledge of effective training, sales, marketing and relationship management techniques

  • Highly motivated, goal oriented self-starter with the drive to be a top performer

  • Ability to build rapport and long lasting client relationships

  • Effective and influential communication: skills, verbal and written

  • Professional presence
