Sitecore is currently looking for a Territory Sales Executive to join our team. This person will help create and manage sales activities across Sitecore's Digital Experience platform throughout the Southwest region.
As a Territory Sales Executive, you will need to understand how to sell web-based solutions, not just software. You will bring value to the sales process through your advanced understanding of key business considerations and challenges and should feel comfortable talking with the CxO suite, as well as various levels across Marketing and IT.
This position requires free thinking and self-motivated top performers. Sitecore is in the unique position of being well established and best of breed in our industry while still being young enough to offer you to have major impact on our rapid and explosive growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strategy for a large territory and partner community to continue to grow business regionally. Focus will be on targeting and landing new Enterprise accounts in addition to managing existing partners and clients. This position calls for a driven person who thrives on winning new business, understanding the complex business challenges of your prospects and clearly communicating the value of this solution to client audiences.
Develop territory strategies to grow business regionally.
Target and land new accounts in addition to managing existing partners and clients.
Promote the Sitecore suite of solutions through direct and indirect methods
Manage and grow a strong Network and oversee the complete sales cycle
Participate in industry trade shows and conferences
5+ years' field facing enterprise sales experience, preferably selling Martech/Digital Marketing
Proven Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
Lead a highly matrix sales ecosystem supporting your regional sales goals
Previous experience working in a channel sales model with partners such as Agency and Web Development organizations in the South West Region
Possess depth in consultative/solution selling environments using a Sales Methodology
Required to work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
Work well independently and collaboratively
University Degree/College Diploma or equivalent experience
Remote Location ideally in Houston, San Antonio, or Austin TX
