The Territory Operations Manager (TOM) is responsible for managing overall operations within an assigned region, including leading a team of Field Operations Quality Manger(s), Area Supervisors and Butlers responsible for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout their assigned apartment communities.


  • Participate in the identifying, selection, hiring and training of Field Operations Quality Manager(s), Area Supervisors and Butlers for your region
  • Evaluate performance of your management team and Butlers
  • Investigate and respond to employee matters in your region
  • Monitor and analyze service levels and trends to identify areas of opportunity
  • Ensure the effective and proper use of resources within region (inventory, travel etc..)
  • Ensure new properties are onboarded (rolled out) according to Trash Butler's roll-out procedure
  • Communicate and facilitate the effective implementation of Trash Butler policies and procedures within assigned region
  • Provide ongoing support, including tools and resources to help team succeed and filling in where needed for Area Supervisors that are out on leave/vacation etc...
  • Promote ongoing development of your team through team building and other employee engagement activities
  • Build relationships with third party vendors in assigned region
  • Attend weekly conference calls
  • Complete semi-monthly payroll for region
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills

  • Must have a valid drivers license and auto insurance with good driving record
  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor setting and walking the distance of a property
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend at waist/knees and lift bag over shoulder, climb up/down stairs, drive for periods of time
  • Flexibility to be on call during daytime and evening hours and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to periodically travel out of state as needed

If you do not meet these five criteria then please do not apply. Our new Southern Pacific team member will represent a portfolio of some of the hottest new food and beverage brands. Their main responsibility will be to develop relationships with local grocery store managers in efforts to increase the sales velocity of their portfolio in every account. The role will entail visiting approx. 8-10 grocery stores per day, merchandising our brands and using salesmanship to improve the in-store presence of each of those brands. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain an organized list of key accounts based on portfolio needs in the respective territory. * Spend 100% of the time in the field, merchandising and selling at accounts for our brand portfolio * Improve the in-store presence of our portfolio by way of: * Secondary/Tertiary placements * Off-shelf placements * Call on key accounts on an ongoing basis to review in-store priorities * Enhance the business by gaining new points of distribution in store * Educate store managers on proper and effective merchandising: * Proper shelf management positions * Rack, equipment, and POS placements Job Requirements: * Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) * Creative presentation/public speaking and premium selling skills are a must * Innovative and creativity in approaching accounts and expanding business * Ability to formulate account strategies and execute against them * Track record of success in a highly self-directed environment * Maintain a high level of communication across the team * Achieve monthly key performance indicators (KPI's) set by Regional Sales Manager * Professional demeanor in working with coworkers, distributors, retail reps and consumers * Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel and transport promotional merchandise and minimal product quantities between accounts within assigned territory * Must have a clean driving record, registration, and insurance. * Must be able to use basic features in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Physical Work Environment: * Reach with hands and arms * Regularly Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds * Occasionally stand and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl About: Basemakers is an INC 500 outsourced field sales company focused on high quality, high impact in-store presence.
