MISSION:

The Territory Operations Manager (TOM) is responsible for managing overall operations within an assigned region, including leading a team of Field Operations Quality Manger(s), Area Supervisors and Butlers responsible for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout their assigned apartment communities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in the identifying, selection, hiring and training of Field Operations Quality Manager(s), Area Supervisors and Butlers for your region
  • Evaluate performance of your management team and Butlers
  • Investigate and respond to employee matters in your region
  • Monitor and analyze service levels and trends to identify areas of opportunity
  • Ensure the effective and proper use of resources within region (inventory, travel etc..)
  • Ensure new properties are onboarded (rolled out) according to Trash Butler's roll-out procedure
  • Communicate and facilitate the effective implementation of Trash Butler policies and procedures within assigned region
  • Provide ongoing support, including tools and resources to help team succeed and filling in where needed for Area Supervisors that are out on leave/vacation etc...
  • Promote ongoing development of your team through team building and other employee engagement activities
  • Build relationships with third party vendors in assigned region
  • Attend weekly conference calls
  • Complete semi-monthly payroll for region
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and quality improvement orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and rapport and effectively communicate with co-workers, employees and customers
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Ability to work independently
  • Collaborative/team player

  • Must have a valid drivers license and auto insurance with good driving record
  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor setting and walking the distance of a property
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend at waist/knees and lift bag over shoulder, climb up/down stairs, drive for periods of time
  • Flexibility to be on call during daytime and evening hours and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to periodically travel out of state as needed

BD helps customers enhance outcomes, lower costs, increase efficiencies, improve safety and expand access to health care. bd.com ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Associate is responsible for visually inspecting glass cut lengths and packing them according to standard procedures. They will also monitor, operate, and respond to alarms and remedy their causes for Automated Glass Packing machines and ultrasonic washers as needed. The Packing Associate will accurately track materials supplied to upstream operations by maintaining traceability. The Packing Associate will also provide support for production to include accurate inventory reporting utilizing MES and by creating printed labels for legibility, traceability, and accuracy. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English. Willing and able to uphold BD Values. RESPONSIBILITIES * Visually inspect glass cut lengths for quality defects and remove defective material as necessary. * Monitor quality and document results accurately according to procedures. * Maintain traceability through accurate placement of basket identification on corresponding carts. * Responsible for MES transactional process for related production area including verification of materials and their traceability. * Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to alarms for an ultrasonic washer as needed. * Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to Auto Glass Packer alarms to ensure uninterrupted operation and output. * Clean up any dropped glass around machine and assist the Cutting Operator in daily clean-up of the area. * Participate in periodic inventory verifications. * Other duties as required to support the needs of the business. DELIVERABLES * Immediate work area to be kept clean. * High quality products produced per manufacturing documents. * Accurate documentation. * Raw and finished material transactions with proper documentation of required data to guide logistics, quality, production and finance systems. * Compliance to production reporting guidelines with MES users.
