Territory Manager Stationary Applications

This amazing company is a leading manufacturer in the development, manufacture, and production of exhaust after-treatment systems to meet the global demand for cleaner air. To expand our team this company is looking for an experienced Territory Manager Stationary with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and controls systems, emission regulations, and an in-depth knowledge of SCR and DPF systems for large horsepower engines (NG and diesel).


  • This candidate would possess strong sales, project management, engineering, and negotiating skills.
  • Be responsible for the sales and development of new accounts and new projects in our markets and must be familiar with EPA and CARB emissions regulatory standards and a complete working knowledge of SCR and related control systems operation.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple complex projects from cradle
  • to grave in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate outstanding leadership, mentoring, teambuilding, documentation and communication skills, along with the required project management and engineering skills to fulfill the highest standard of customer expectation and internal targets of Hug Engineering.
  • Develop, manage, and nurture new projects, existing business, and service strategic partnerships and distribution channels to accomplish sales and profit goals by identifying potential customers.
  • Develop and implement monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans, policies, programs, including forecasting and regular status reports
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop short- and long-term strategic plans and sales goals, and then execute against those plans to accomplish revenue/profit goals.
  • Have existing and continuous knowledge of federal, state, and local legal requirements and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising the customer on a related product, service, or equipment to meet their needs.


  • B.S. degree in Engineering and/or 5 years of proven sales, engineering experience
  • 5 years of SCR and DPF technical and project experience
  • Strong track record of successfully completed projects
  • Familiar with emission sizing programs and conversion tools
  • Strong knowledge of Safety and Environmental Regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to create ideas and develop solutions within large corporate
  • structures, identifying potential points of strategic intersection, and securing business
  • partnerships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting at the C level suite
  • Excellent business and technical writing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel 25-50%, both domestically and internationally

Salary: $75 Base +10% Annual bonus
