The TERRITORY Manager is the foundation of Frontier Communications' success as an enterprise market share growth organization. As a sales leader, the TERRITORY Manager is responsible for developing and supporting Frontier's enterprise sales talent to maximize growth in both new business and with existing customers. TERRITORY Managers help the enterprise sales team solve the business needs of prospects and customers by aligning those needs and objectives with Frontier solutions. TERRITORY Managers own all enterprise opportunities and customers and are responsible for overseeing the coordination of resources and managing the sales campaign across the entire enterprise opportunity pipeline.

  • Developing team to exceed projected revenue goals in the assigned region/segment

  • Lead the team to identify and move deals forward to land new logo customers for Frontier

How does the Territory Manager team generate value for customers?

  • The TERRITORY Manager team is responsible for the talent management aspect of the sales team. This includes working with HR throughout the hiring phase and also overseeing the onboarding of the sales team to ensure success.

  • Your role as a Territory Manager is to select, hire, develop and mentor a high performing sales team and lead them as they identify and progress opportunities from prospecting to closed-won deals. As a Territory Manager, you are responsible for ongoing coaching of the team to put them in the position to achieve the monthly quota attainment. You will also help the sales team navigate all opportunities and accounts assigned to you through the sales cycle whether that be through working with prospective / existing customers or facilitating internal collaboration. A Territory Manager reports to an Area VP of Sales.

  • Gain a deep understanding of the prospect or customer's processes and problems

  • Ensure the right questions are being asked and answered

  • Reviewing proposals created by the sales team to be sure they have identified the right solution(s) to meet the customer's needs

Red-D-Arc Welderentals™ an Airgas company is seeking an Outside Sales Associate based out of our Burnsville, MN office supporting our local Branch Sales operations that will cover Minnesota and surrounding States. The Outside Sales Associate will OWN the account management and business development relationship within the Construction, Weld Automation, and Power generation Sales Market Segment. What will I be doing? Under the direction of the District Manager, the Outside Sales Associate will develop rentals and sales of welding equipment, power generation and weld automation in assigned region by following sales leads, making presentations, preparing quotations, maintaining all required literature and providing customer follow-ups. The incumbent will also assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Some overnight travel is required. Preferred Qualifications: * Post-secondary education equivalent to a Diploma in Business Management or equivalent * Outside Sales experience in either an industrial equipment rental or a welding equipment sales or rental environment (ideally construction, fabrication, and/or manufacturing sectors) * Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications and equipment * Must be performance driven and show a high level of accountability * Forward thinking, proactive, detailed and results oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated. Essential Duties: * Develops and increases end user customer base by effective communication, assessment of needs and recommendations of solutions. * Performs onsite equipment demonstrations. * Makes application recommendations of welding and positioning equipment. * Develops long-term supply relationships through contracts and/or agreements. * Meets or exceeds rental and sales goals specified in the market area. * Represents the company at trade association meetings and Trade Shows to promote products. * Compiles lists of prospective customers for sales leads based on information from newspapers, business directories, trade journals and/or other sources. * Maintains accurate and timely submission of sales call reports and expenses. * Travel within designated territory up to 25% of the time, including some overnight travel Required Knowledge: * Ability to develop and execute market/business plans. * Proven ability to develop new accounts and new business opportunities. * Requires high-quality presentation and negotiating skills. * Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds. * Ability to travel and be away from home 25-50% of the time. * Must have a valid driver's license. * Computer skills to produce effective spreadsheets, reports, documents and presentations, as required.
