Position

Overview:

As the Territory Manager - Estimator, you are responsible for the growth and development of your territory. With Prontos technology and platform, you can focus your efforts on what you do best:

  • Meeting customers (on average 4-8 per day) to provide in-home estimates AND schedule projects
  • Managing your active projects (on average 2-4 per day)
  • Communicating with your Pros daily to maintain a great team culture (2-4 Pros per territory on average)
  • Cultivating a pipeline of new projects and converting leads (on average 6-10 new leads per day) with the support of the Pronto Marketing team
  • This is NOT an entry-level position

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Meet 6-8 customers per day to provide an in-home estimate
  • Use a 12.9 iPad Pro (provided by Pronto) to prepare estimates using Prontos technology and platform
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
  • Timely (same day) follow up with customers
  • Manage active projects
  • Interview and Onboard new Pros to join your team (2-4 Pros per territory on average) with the support of the Pronto Recruiting team
