As a Territory Account Executive, you will be part of a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate. You will help Toast find, build relationships with, and sign up new customers. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, develop an account portfolio and meet both monthly and quarterly quotas by selling Toast products and services to the SMB market in the assigned geographic territory. What you will do:

  • Generate list of prospective restaurants and manage the sales cycle from initial call to close

  • Phases of the sales cycle include: identifying and developing leads, meeting with clients, creating value propositions, structuring financial deals, negotiating contracts, and closing

  • Meet and exceed sales revenue, booking goals, and overall objectives

  • Educate prospects and clients about Toast's products and services through presentations and product demonstrations

  • Collaborate with Sales Associates, District Managers and Regional VPs in addition to Marketing, Finance, & Sales Operations teams

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities and pipeline

  • Understand competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine how to best position Toast in the market

  • Collaborate with Services and Implementation teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery

  • Knowledge of restaurant operations

  • Self motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure

VIEW JOBS 12/10/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-03-09T00:00 TITLE: Temporary Associate REPORTS TO: General Manager, Assistant General Manager STATUS: Part Time WORK SCHEDULE: Flexibility in scheduling; early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays required. SUMMARY: The Temporary Associate is responsible for assisting with receiving and processing inbound and outbound freight, and merchandise replenishment & recovery. The individual in this role is responsible for completing assigned projects on the sales floor and/or in the stockroom. Team Members often work in multiple areas of the store during each shift; therefore flexibility is crucial. This team member must act with the A.C. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Load and unload merchandise and fixtures to/from trucks. * Process freight and deliver to the sales floor. * Responsible for assembling and disassembling store fixtures. * Responsible for stocking merchandise and moving merchandise front and forward during recovery. * Signing product displays and merchandise placement. * Creating new labels as needed. * Greets all customers with a friendly offer to help. * May ring registers and process returns; ensure purchases are processed with speed and accuracy. * May perform advanced transactions such as price adjustments, refunds and exchanges, as needed. * Handle light janitorial duties such as sweeping, cleaning the restroom and break room and taking the garbage to the dumpster. * Understand the definitions and methods of retail shrink and comply with all Loss Prevention policies. * Comply with all A.C. Moore policies outlined in the Employment Handbook, including dress code and attendance, and company's Standard Operating Procedures. * Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma or GED preferred. * Prior retail merchandising experience preferred. * Must be flexible to possible schedule changes. * Experience with small hand tools, pallet jacks and RF trackers a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Frequently lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions objects weighting up to 50lbs. * Ability to bend, turn, twist, kneel and/or squat up to 75% a day. * Must be able to move about the store and/or remain stationary, up to 8 hours per day. * Repetitive movement of hands and arms. * Ability to ascend and descend a ladder safely, preferred. * Frequently communicates with customers and/or others.
