Terminal Manager

Job Description SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for all activities at facility. This position will be responsible for ensuring the operation is economically sound and safe and maintain the company image.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor expenses and control spending at the terminal
• Oversight of facility operation and maintenance
• Oversight of facility regulatory compliance
• Hiring, Discipline, Termination of facility personnel.
• Adhering to all safety and environmental guidelines as defined by Martin Safety policies
• Communicate with lab for quality control
• Communicate with Inventory Manager
• Communicate with Safety Manager
• Communicate with Environmental Manager
• All other duties assigned

Job Requirements EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

A minimum of three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with facility operations
• Experience with transport operations
• Experience with maintenance operations
