CCFS is looking for a Terminal Manager. You will have the challenging role of directing a team with a common goal of providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and delivering goods to clients on time. Your efforts to streamline processes and improve efficiency will be valued and you will be generously compensated for your time, effort, and innovative ideas.
Shift: Monday-Friday
Pay: $80,000-$90,000/yr (Depends on Experience, Knowledge of the Transportation Industry)

What you can expect a typical day to look like:
- Plan, implement, and oversee the work of staff member to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Monitor and direct all dispatching activities, including tracking, routing, and dispatching transportation vehicles.
- Implement changes to transportation services, policies, or scheduling as needed.
- Build and maintain culture for proactive safety focused productive, efficient, low-attrition workforce.
- Coach team members to develop talent and depth to enable growth and effective operation.
- Produce high levels of service, including on-time pickup and delivery and claims free environment.
- Produce high levels of productivity and optimal levels of labor spend.
- Utilize daily reports to manage goals, accuracy, and efficiency on route planning and linehaul operations in addition to on time service and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities for growth and work with all shareholders to integrate new opportunities into the network.
- Coordinate with Fleet and external services to maintain and repair company vehicles.
What you will need to succeed on the job:
- Minimum of five years of experience in LTL Operations or comparable leadership role
- Valid Class A CDL (preferred, not required)
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Career oriented and plans for succession at all levels
- Independent thinker with the ability to engage team members
