About This Role:
ContainerPort Group, a World Group company, is currently looking for a dedicated, driven person to join our family as a Terminal Driver Recruiter for our growing operations in Savannah, Georgia or Charleston, South Carolina!
The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment of qualified Owner Operators and establish a pipeline for sufficient future demands. Duties and Responsibilities:

Associate's Degree or equivalent education or experience preferred
2+ years of experience working in a recruitment, sourcing, or sales role preferred
Transportation industry and DOT compliance experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills required
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) required using different tools (text, email, phone,
video)
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others
Intermediate computer skills required
Tenstreet and Microsoft Office experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to plan and organize with attention to detail and problem solving skills
Experience meeting deadlines and KPIs preferred
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced role
Flexible and open to adjust to an evolving industry
