The Tenant Experience Associate builds and maintains strong relationships and assists with the logistics, communication and coordination of the development and success of Bedrock tenants.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, Rock Family of Company team members, external businesses and community partners

  • Execute the onboarding/orientation process for all new tenants

  • Act as a project coordinator for numerous tenant needs and assignments

  • Be available to network, visit, support and work with tenants outside of normal business hours

  • Utilize creative vision in order to develop ideas for tenants to drive success

  • Propose opportunities to tie threads between tenants and internal/external organizations

  • Act as a resource and liaison for tenants and team members within the Rock Family of Companies

  • Assist with tenant marketing and promotion strategies

  • Meet with Bedrock internal teams on a frequent basis to act as an adviser and voice for tenants

  • Maintain and update tenant information, including all details of location, hours, etc., for current and upcoming tenants

  • Help collect sales information and formulate the Detroit retail sales report each month

  • Help collect sales information and formulate the seasonal market sales report each season

  • Work directly with the Property Management team and maintain constant communication about tenant requests and improvements

  • Conduct research on current and upcoming tenants

  • Conduct research on potential market vendors

  • Assist in gathering tenant and market vendor feedback and metrics related to onboarding and events

  • Assist the Event Experience team in the organization and communication of tenant events from start to finish

  • Contribute to the Tenant Relations master calendar


  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2 years of experience in a professional role

  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships

  • Client-oriented (internal and external)

  • Ability to anticipate tasks, prioritize, multitask and work well under pressure

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to represent Bedrock in the most professional and reputable manner, including living up to our vision, mission and core values

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of projects up to completion

  • Proven integrity, ingenuity and inventiveness in the performance of assigned tasks

  • Ability to work above 40 hours per week if needed

Performs related functions according to department protocols. Utilizes independent judgment in determining appropriate radiographic techniques, positioning, and safety practices. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Explains examination procedure to patients and prepares patient for the examination. * Reviews clinical data on requisition and performs appropriate examination. * Obtains additional information about the patient medical history as necessary. * Prepares procedure room and regularly replenishes stock such as linen and related supplies. * Analyzes anatomical structure of patient, sets up equipment and performs the Radiologic procedure. * Manually controls the equipment to obtain the proper diagnostic information from the area of the body being studied. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required. * Must be registered in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). * Must maintain the required hours of continued education.
