Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) seeks a Tenant Coordinator for our properties in San Francisco. The Tenant Coordinator provides high-level administrative support and coordination of the day-to-day work flow office activities of the property management office while providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients.
Primary responsibilities include:
Maintain lease and building files, property telephone lists, building contact lists, emergency information for tenants and vendors.
Process work orders from tenants and communicate with engineers.
Process tenant billings as necessary.
Prepare accounts payable invoices for approval, and distribute tenant memos, rent statements and newsletters.
Administer signage program by ordering signs and building and floor directories.
Sort and distribute mail, orders and maintains office supply inventory.
Coordinate visitor and vendor access.
Prepare and distribute tenant welcome packages.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, highly organized, and focused self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to multi-task with a customer focused approach. Candidate must have strong computer skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum 2-4 years of experience of general office/administrative and commercial real estate experience a plus.
