The Tenant Coordination Analyst will be responsible for working directly with Tenant Coordinators and Project Managers to assist and report on all assigned projects.
Send out Tenant Information Packages on all assigned projects.
Work with the Tenant coordinator to track all drawing and sign submissions and assist in tracking the review status.
Coordinate the formal delivery of the space to the tenant by the issuance of a Notice Letter.
Maintain and update our electronic deal-tracking software on a daily basis and provide copies as needed for distribution.
Assist the Tenant Coordinator and Project Manager in managing and preparing the necessary construction contract documents including work orders and purchase orders.
Manage the Tenant Allowance process on all assigned projects.
Work with our accounting department to prepare and update cost reporting on assigned projects.
Manage Tenant Coordination requests for estimates and lease exhibits.
Assist in compiling and reviewing contractor pay applications for the Tenant Coordinator and Project Manager review.
Perform other duties as assigned
