Temporary/Part Time Barista Needed (Cambridge)

We are seeking a Temporary Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This Position is a part time / Temporary position to cover two of our sites . Must commit to 40 or more hours June 24th - June28th at our Cambridge location.Duties:- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment- Take customer orders- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner- Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance the customer experience-

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred- Knowledge of basic math for recipe measurements- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor- Understanding of food handling and safety procedures in the food industry- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Flexibility to work various shifts iJoin our team as a Barista and be part of creating memorable experiences for our customers through delicious coffee creations and exceptional service.Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: $20.00 per hour
