About the Team

You will be part of the Rejuvenation Direct to Consumer team. We work closely with partners across all functions, such as Marketing, Photography, Creative, Merchandising, and PR. Our job is to ensure that every Rejuvenation.com customer has the best possible online experience to drive site conversion.

About the Role

As a Web Content Coordinator, you will assist in the preparation and organization of digital assets for the Rejuvenation eCommerce website.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Assist in managing, cropping and placing all product images for Rejuvenation.com

  • Participate in site QA and testing communication

  • Select environmental product photography to be retouched in-house or by off-site vendor, in partnership with the creative team.

  • Work with our rendering partners to create our product rendering assets

  • Work closely with the merchandising and photo teams on scheduled seasonal product and content launches

  • Work effectively and efficiently with the Creative team, Photo team, and internal partners

  • Alter photo files in Photoshop as needed

  • Fulfill requests for product images from Marketing, Catalog, and Visual teams

  • Work with merchants on corrections and updates to products

  • Work with our site operations to report bugs and make site admin tool enhancements

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because...

  • Have 2-4 years of prior work experience in eCommerce photo production

  • Are proficient in Adobe Photoshop

  • Are proficient in Mac OSX, connecting to servers, organizing files, and sharing documents

  • Have strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly with Excel

  • Have prior experience with Content Management Systems, InDesign, and/or HTML a plus

  • You have a 4 year bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrate strong organization skills; able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, has strong attention to detail

  • Have a strong sense of teamwork

As a member of the Office of Science Education Opportunities team, the Program Coordinator is responsible for delivery of all middle school components of On Track OHSU!, which works underrepresented minority students starting in grade 6 and staying with those same students through college. On Track works to increase students interest in, awareness of, and preparation for health and science degrees and careers. This position will require you to implement and oversee all middle school aspects of On Track OHSU!, including training volunteers, delivering the predesigned middle school curriculum, coordinating with schools, and collaborating with On Track team members.  Work Schedule, Hours, FTE, Salary Range * FTE: 1.0 * Schedule: Typical Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, some evening and travel will be required. * Salary:  $24 - $28/hour * Location: Variable, including OHSU S. Waterfront and participating middle schools * Job Type: Temporary Functions/Duties of Position * Middle School program execution -  Assume key responsibility for the day to day operation of the middle school program, including communication with teachers and principals, administration and organization of program surveys, coordinating with team for room reservations and food orders, preparing supplies and organizing all components of final middle school OHSU event, and assisting with other On Track events as needed. Approximately 30 events for the duration of the position. * Supervise volunteers for middle school events, including coordinating training orientations prior to visits, communicating with volunteers about logistics and responsibilities, and monitoring and supporting volunteers during events. Volunteers include high school students, PSU students, and OHSU students and staff. Will also assist Program Director in volunteer recruitment, training and organization for high school events. * Maintain existing partnerships by providing clear and timely communication, following up to resolve issues or concerns, and sharing and elevating any needs that arise. Current partnering organizations include Jefferson High School Middle College for Advanced Studies, Vernon, Faubion, Harriet Tubman, and Ockley Green Middle Schools (Portland Public Schools); Wellness Business and Sports School, French Prairie, and Valor (WeBSS, Woodburn School District); Madras High School and Warm Springs K-8 Academy (Jefferson County School District); OHSU departments; PSU Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation program; and other partnering organizations. Job Requirements Required Qualifications: * Bachelors degree * At least 1 year experience working with students in a K-12 classroom setting * Demonstrated knowledge in classroom management and student supports * Proven ability to maintain complex program organization working with multiple agencies. * Clear commitment to education and career development in the K-12 constituencies. * Proven record of successful listening and collaboration with various stakeholders in pursuit of a common objective. * Demonstrated knowledge of engaging K-12 students. * Evidence of commitment to the highest levels of customer service and teamwork within a workplace setting. * Demonstrated sensitivity to underrepresented minority students/populations. * Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment to initiate and execute ideas. * Strong ability to self-motivate, take initiative and manage independently * High level of comfort and experience working with diverse audiences including school district leaders, teachers, students, higher education faculty, staff, community partners and leaders, donors, and visitors. * Understanding of child protection issues in school and non-school settings. * Superior interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. * Ability to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels in organizations (teachers, school leadership, students, university faculty, volunteers). * Sensitivity to issues of student confidentiality, research ethics, and minors as research subjects. * Precision, attention to detail. * Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office suite. * Access to transportation to participating communities.
