The Temporary Transponder Specialist handles the day-to-day inventory responsibilities of receiving, resolving and sorting returned tags. In addition, the Transponder Specialist will receive, unload, check and stock new transponders while identifying and removing defective transponders from inventory. The Transponder Specialist will report to the Transponder Lead.
This a special 3 to 4 month project there are production guidelines to be met. If you show up on time with no absences or early out, you are eligible for a bonus upon completion.
Call Center hours of operations are Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM with Saturday 9:00AM to 2:00PM. Training will be Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00PM for 2-3 weeks.
We have 2 shifts available 5:30 AM to 2:00PM and 2:00PM - 11:00 PM
Essential Job Functions:
Follows the instructions of the Transponder Lead
Reports details and damages to all inventory.
Ability to identify defective and damaged transponders
Demonstrates the ability to properly store and handle of received stock.
Attention to detail.
Minimum of a high school degree or an equivalent qualification.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with supervisors, peers, and customers
Should possess good mathematical, statistical and analytical abilities.
Time management skills (dependable, accurate, and detail oriented)
Ability to work the hours of operations as shifts will be assigned at the end of training
Ability to attend 100% of the required weeks of training
Final candidates for this position will need to successfully complete a background investigation, which may include a criminal and credit check.
