Temporary Trades/Maintenance Worker 2

PSU's Facilities and Property Management department (FPM) is hiring a temporary Trades/Maintenance Worker 2 to conduct a variety of building maintenance related tasks on campus. Primary duties include:

• maintenance, repairs and replacement of equipment found in offices, classrooms, laboratories, and common areas such as projection screens, furniture, white boards and more;

• Maintenance of building architectural systems and elements such as windows, doors, glazing, insulation, floor coverings, ceilings, drains, gutters and stairs;

• rough concrete installation and removal, carpentry, pressure washing, painting, graffiti removal and site cleaning.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people. They will demonstrate their knowledge of industry best practices while working safely, collaborating with other FPM departments and trades, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
