Coordinates the day-to-day operation of an assigned TimeBank region(s), including the development and implementation of marketing strategy. Recruits, screens, trains, matches and engages individual and organizational members.

Ensures that TimeBank activities are consistent with the TimeBank philosophy, goals and objectives. Coordinates schedules and workloads to ensure productivity and quality of work. Works under general supervision.

  • Develops and implements the marketing and operations strategy for assigned TimeBank hub. Recruits, screens, orients and processes applicants.

    Serves as liaison with partner organizations to plan recruitment activity. Manages TimeBank program participants in assigned area. Assists members in identifying individual skills and needs.

    Matches individual and organizational requests. Oversees planning and implementing of member engagement and activity in assigned hub. Assists with training of new staff.

    Identifies, supervises, trains and nurtures community site team leaders who assist in management of the TimeBank. Prepares information for the program calendar on a timely basis. Acts as primary or secondary translator of department documents as necessary. Participates in ArchCare special projects and other TimeBank duties required.

Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Humanities, Volunteer Management, Business, or Social Sciences or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience Requirements Minimum of three years of work experience in a volunteer management, community organizing or community/social service role required.

Computer proficiency required. Database experience preferred. Ability to work independently demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and creativity required.

Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required. Bilingual skills may be required. Strong management, organizational, record-keeping skills required.

Must be able to work as a team player and be results oriented. Prior work experience with older adults preferred.
