Monday

• Friday, 8:00 am

• 4:30 pm

July 29, 2024 through September 27, 2024

Pay: $21.92 per hour, not benefits eligible

General Purpose of Job: Provide secretarial/clerical support to the Enrollment Center during the Back to School Season

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Greet and interact with a high volume of customers.

• Provide secretarial support for the enrollment process.

• Verify and process paperwork for the enrollment of students.

• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.

• Input data into an Excel spreadsheet each morning

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to help, serve, and exchange information.

• General secretarial/clerical skills

• General computer skills

• Ability to learn and use data management systems.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High level of organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Enrollment Center staff and customers.

• Spanish language proficiency preferred
