Position Overview:

The Temporary Store E-Commerce Processor is responsible for the daily processing of orders and returns of our Ship from Store program. In this role, you will ensure items are accurately retrieved from the store as well as process return items to the backroom. This teammate is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process Ship from Store orders and returns daily, accurately, and on time.

  • Provide customers with exceptional service.

  • Ensure store backroom locations and salesfloor planograms for merchandise are maintained accurately.

Minimum Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Must demonstrate strong leadership skills to direct and motivate teammates.

  • Decision making skills for handling customer and teammate problems.

  • Provide exceptional customer service.

  • Strong verbal skills for dealing with all levels of teammates and customers.

  • Effectively prioritize work for multiple teammates.

  • Out-going attitude; positive and professional demeanor.

  • Prior retail industry experience required; knowledge of Shopko systems preferred.

  • Must be able to operate a cash register.

VIEW JOBS 11/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-11T00:00 Job Description Under the direction of the Area Manager/ROI Site Manager and the general instruction of the CPC Management Team, the CPC Processor – Remote ROI is responsible first for the duties and responsibilities of the position for the site they are assigned. Secondary responsibility will fall to the overall duties of the CPC Processor I. The CPC Processor – Remote ROI performs slightly more complex tasks in the Central Processing Center (CPC). Responsibilities * Maintains confidentiality by keeping all information seen and heard in the facility in the strictest confidence. * Maintains productivity, quality and assures customer service standards. * Answers and conducts business via email routinely while maintaining excellent customer service skills. * Authorizing Process: * Reviews the requests to determine which records are being requested. * Data enters valid and invalid authorizations and requests. * Returns invalid authorizations and requests to the requester. * Validates authorizations for accuracy. * Reviews the requests to determine which records are being requested. * Requests charts via Record Center if needed * Copying Process: * Scans the medical record and chooses the appropriate information to be photocopied, if so directed. * Copies the appropriate pages for the requested records, if so directed. * Re-assembles the charts (files) for re-filing. * Logs information that is being sent to the requester either manually or using company software in accordance with the facility procedure. * Documents the release of information in the patient medical record or other means determined by the facility. * Quality Assurance and Billing Process * Provides quality assurance of medical records. * Calculates the amount to be billed to the requester and prepares the invoice. * Certifies the copies of medical records when requested, if so directed. * Prepares copies for printing and mailing. Qualifications * A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. * Must be able to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively in the English language. * Experience in a medical records or health care setting would be beneficial. * Medical Terminology class is strongly encouraged. * Required to take and pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher. * Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination.
