Temporary, part-time worker. Duties will include data entry, providing reception and phone coverage, providing duplicates, handling fax and email communications. Helping staff with mailings, event planning, room set-up and clean-up, and other duties as needed. Driving will be a responsibility of the position.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position
High School Diploma - High School student OK.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Good organizational skills;
Ability to work in a team and get along with others;
Basic computer skills;
Needed to work independently;
Have excellent problem-solving skills;
Good interpersonal and customer service skills;
Detail oriented and a self-starter;
Ability to keep a log and manage inventory;
Energetic, trustworthy, and dependable.
Physical Demands
Physical strength to move tables, chairs, furniture, office equipment and about 50 lbs of weight. Driving.
