The Photo Studio Operations Coordinator is an integral part of providing world class product and editorial photography to our direct to consumer and wholesale partners globally. The position is a hands-on in-studio role that will require constant interaction with the studio team and global business stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include but are not limited to the following:
Image QA 25%
Track image delivery failures
Troubleshoot the FTP/remote server and work with the engineering team to develop timely resolutions and communicate the action plan and business impact to all global stakeholders
Consistency in color and accuracy across all assets
Develop a QA process to ensure all global standards are met
Ensure all necessary images have been captured and delivered
Maintain inventory & ordering for all categories 20%
Compile and analyze data from multiple sources and provide guidance to all global stakeholders regarding sample accuracy, availability and projected arrival date
Work with cross-functional partners to rebuild the sample ordering process creating efficiencies for both the photo studio and DH
Responsible for management of the Global Photography File to support on-time product launches for all business partners each season 20%
Coordinate with all global DTC and wholesale teams to audit seasonal photography needs and partner with the 3rd party photography vendors to ensure all needs are accounted for and accurately prioritized based on forecast and global merch status
Plan and oversee the flow of product and virtual assets through all stages of the studio workflow 15%
Develop a strategic method for projecting image completion dates based on sample accuracy and availability and studio capacity
Drive continuous improvement via technology and process change 10%
Assist in coordinating all aspects of pre-production for product and editorial photography shoots 5%
Develop and maintain a calendar for product launches and work with the appropriate teams to ensure all hard launch dates are met 5%
