Temporary Part Time Hourly Admissions Processor (Rowan Global Admissions)

This position will support all Rowan Global Admission functions and support services including the processing of Admissions applications and materials. This person will assume other clerical duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process incoming applications.

• Verify and input applicant information into the admissions database.

• Maintain and update applicant records in the admissions system.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of applicant information.

• Assist admissions counselors with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

• Previous experience in administrative support or data entry, preferably in an educational setting.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience with admissions software or student information systems is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours:

• This temporary, part-time position is assigned no more than twenty-five (25) hours per week and is not to exceed 944 hours per fiscal year. Work is contingent upon budget approval.
