Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for parking and moving vehicles on premises; issues and collects parking claim checks; collects fees and makes change. Reports damage claims such as vehicle vandalism and trespassing.

  • Issues and collects parking claim checks. Collects fees and makes change. Delivers cash at end of tour.

  • Reports damage claim and violations of law such as vandalism and trespassing. Completes Security Department incident reports. Maintains necessary records.

  • Cleans parking facilities and offices. Operates snow removal equipment within and around licensed premises.

  • Opens and closes gates as directed.

Requirements:

  • (HS/GED; specialized training; degree and discipline)
  • NYS Driver's License

VIEW JOBS 3/18/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-16T00:00 Temporary Manager, Metadata Management REF#: 33310 CBS BUSINESS UNIT: Showtime JOB TYPE: Temporary / Per Diem / Freelance JOB SCHEDULE: Full-Time JOB LOCATION: New York, NY DESCRIPTION: The Temporary Manager, Metadata Management works collaboratively with the Director, Metadata Management to support efforts to develop SHOWTIME's metadata policies and maintain metadata integrity, working with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners. The Manager will also participate in the execution of all projects as assigned, to ensure the deliverables meet all business units' criteria. The person in this role will assist in developing and implementing metadata standards to ensure accuracy and completeness of daily published metadata, with the goal of enhancing marketing effectiveness and brand consistency for SHOWTIME programs and services across platforms. This role is also responsible for documentation, analysis and ongoing metadata quality assurance activities. In addition to diving deep into the details, the person in this role will also be an advocate for best practices in metadata creation, management and distribution across all departments in the company which play a role in the metadata supply chain. Principal Responsibilities * Consult with key stakeholders from Operations, Programming, PR, Digital Media, IT, Creative Services and Product Management/Development groups to collaboratively establish recommendations to streamline approach and implement metadata best practices * Document and monitor internal metadata points of creation, processes and systems, as well as external metadata distribution data * Create, contribute and manage internal metadata policies with accompanying best practice documentation * Monitor internal metadata delivery systems for accuracy (schedules, consumer facing metadata & images). * Monitor & QA schedules, consumer facing program metadata, key art in electronic program guides, apps, websites and other consumer points of discovery for completeness, accuracy, and brand consistency. * Troubleshoot metadata & image discrepancies with internal teams and external partners as necessary. * Communicate with internal Account Directors to troubleshoot schedules, metadata & imagery discrepancies that occur with any MVPD. * Communicate with metadata providers (Gracenote, TIVO, FYI Television, etc.) to assure metadata accuracy of all SHOWTIME content. * Monitor results from third-party QA vendor, V2 Solutions, and communicate and mitigate outstanding issues * Assist with the SHOWTIME Marketing Feed partner integration, approvals, and evolution of schema, webpage and process. * Manage the registration, ingest and distribution of unique ID's (e.g. TMS & EIDR). * At Director's discretion, act as a department point person for identified workflows, attend intra-company meetings and be secondary level of contact for external partners. * Support Director in strategic planning of all initiatives related to Metadata management. * Anticipate business needs, identifies risks and opportunities, and recommends solutions to senior management. * Define and control project scope, goals and objectives, project schedules, reporting metrics, communications plan, issues and risk management. QUALIFICATIONS: * 3+ years of experience in metadata and digital asset management, media asset management, and master data management in the media and entertainment industry. * Master's Degree in Information Science, Library Science, or equivalent experience is preferred. * Demonstrated success working with digital asset management solutions in an enterprise marketing organizations or media companies. * Experience working successfully with stakeholders and partner teams to translate business needs into taxonomy solutions. * Experience with an enterprise metadata system. IBMS experience, a plus. * Understanding of media landscape and related technologies, programming logic and database architectures, SEO, as well as metadata management technologies (inclusive of structural, technical, descriptive, administrative and rights metadata). * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into meaningful business communication. * Familiarity with Java, XML, JSON * Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborate cross-functionally with many departments within an organization. * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong project managing & presentation skills * Organizational and multitasking skills a must * This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for the subject. * This role requires knowledge and hands-on experience with metadata supply chain functions between enterprise systems to advocate for best practices in metadata creation, management and distribution. * Candidate should have a successful track record coordinating resources from different functional organizations, documenting processes as well as understanding and documenting business and workflow requirements. * The ideal candidate will combine a great knowledge of new consumer technology and social media trends and apply detailed project management skills to successfully plan and execute product requirements.
