The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada has an opening for a Temporary Law Clerk. This is a full-time position located at the Foley Federal Building and United States Courthouse in Las Vegas.

The successful applicant will provide law clerk support for the active and visiting bankruptcy judges serving the District of Nevada. The position is temporary for one year and one day. Duties include but are not limited to:

Qualification

Efficient and high-quality legal research, analysis, and concise legal writing; mindfulness for multiple pending deadlines; sound judgment; and a service-oriented and collaborative work ethic are required. At the time of appointment, applicants must be law school graduates. Starting salary will commensurate with work experience.
